DTT Expands Offering with Acquisition of Leading Business Management Platform EZUniverse and 360iQ

Leading provider of intelligent video-based surveillance and loss prevention adds comprehensive analytics, video analysis, and big data capabilities, enabling its customers to further improve operations.

DTT, a leading provider of intelligent video-based surveillance and loss prevention services, today announced the acquisition of substantially all assets of EZUniverse, including 360iQ, a data analytics and video surveillance platform. Concurrent with the acquisition, EZUniverse CEO Leszek James was named President of the EZUniverse business at DTT.

When combined with MyDTT, and our loss prevention services, DTT has a truly unique and comprehensive offering, enabling our customers to increase their operational efficiency, while integrated with intelligent video.”

Will my account manager or contact person change?

No. You will continue to be represented by the same account manager that you work with today. In the event that you work with both a DTT account manager and an EZUniverse account manager, we will communicate with you about your preference. Ultimately, we will manage your account in a manner that is most beneficial to you.

Do I still use the same solution?

In the short term, you will continue to use the same solution that you utilize today. However, the combining of the DTT and EZUniverse technology platforms will make enhanced capabilities available to you at some point in the future. We look forward to communicating with you about the opportunity to upgrade your solution as soon as these enhancements are completed.

I have [sites/jobs/upgrades] in progress right now, what will happen to those?

Expect that your installation and/or service calls will proceed and be completed as currently scheduled. There are no anticipated changes to our service delivery processes at this time.

Does my pricing stay the same?

Your pricing will continue according to the terms of your existing agreement with DTT or EZUniverse.

How quickly can I get access to [DTT/EZU] solutions that I don’t have today?

We will be working diligently from day 1 to combine company resources and technology in order to offer new services and solutions to both DTT and EZUniverse customers. We expect to have very exciting news to share with our customers in this area prior to the end of 2018.

Who do I call for the day to day issues?

Please continue to call the same contacts that you use today. As we combine company operations, we will promptly notify you of any changes to our contact lists.

What is the management of the combined company? Who do I escalate to?

Mike Coffey is the CEO of the combined company. Your current account manager can facilitate any necessary escalations. Alternatively, we have established the following email info@dttusa.com in the event that you would like to have someone contact you directly or if you should need a specific question answered.

I’m a user of a branded solution by EZU or DTT – do I have to be worried about it?

Don’t worry about a thing. We are committed to honoring the branded solutions that we have developed for our customers.
