2009

From Banking to the QSR Industry

After deploying multiple projects in the banking industry, entrepreneur Leszek James developed a technology that would change the way multi-unit Quick Service Restaurants do business. Combining video with transaction data analytics brought new operational insights that prevent loss and improve sales.

2010

Proof of Concept Approved

The first version of 360iQ (originally known as EZConnect) was deployed with 350 installations. The proof of concept was tested with Dunkin’ Donuts. Franchisees immediately recognized a return on investment, and 360iQ adoption started immediately.

2011

Loss Prevention System of Choice

From the successful product launch in 2010, the initial concept was developed into a market leading solution and 360iQ was selected as the “loss prevention system of choice” by Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC) and SUBWAY® Restaurants.

2012

Moving beyond Surveillance

To enable more advanced analytics, 360iQ integration expanded to include other restraint equipment, including refrigeration, safes, smart cameras, drive-thru sensors and more.

2013

Increasing Presence

360iQ nominate as Technology Vendor of the Year for SUBWAY® Restaurants

2014

New Services

360iQ Snapshot and 360iQ Incident Report launched, providing a comprehensive auditing solution for restaurant operators to identify how to maximize their efficiencies and operational performance.

2016

New Products

360iQ launched the 2nd generation App, loaded with new features, expanding the customer’s ability to manage effortlessly on the go.

2017 Browser Based

360iQ introduced the next generation platform providing a more intuitive user experience which is completely browser based. This platform further simplifies the user experience while enabling multi-brand users to have a single login.
